Delete your Fix4Camp account

You can request permanent deletion of your Fix4Camp account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to Fix4Camp and open Settings.
  2. Open Account, then choose Delete Account.
  3. Review the deletion summary, enter DELETE, and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address used for your Fix4Camp account. Use the subject “Fix4Camp account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send us your password.

Requests are handled by Fix4Camp Support at support@fix4camp.com.

What happens and when

Confirmed in-app deletion is processed immediately and signs you out. Email requests are processed after account ownership has been verified; we will confirm when deletion is complete.

Data deleted or anonymised

  • Your profile and direct personal identifiers.
  • Personal preferences, entitlements, device tokens, and active sessions.
  • Personal camper or vehicle records where they are not shared with another account or organisation.
  • Personal content in support cases, messages, notes, and uploaded media.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited billing, subscription, transaction, deletion-audit, security, and fraud-prevention records when required by law or necessary to protect the service. We remove or detach direct personal identifiers where possible and retain these records only for the applicable legal or operational retention period. Shared organisation records are not deleted when they belong to other users.

Before you delete

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel an active store subscription. Cancel it separately in the app store where you purchased it.
  • Deleting the Fix4Camp app from your device does not delete your account.
