1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Fix4Camp mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fix4Camp is a digital assistance platform for campervan, caravan, and motorhome owners. Depending on your account, device capabilities, and subscription tier, the Service may include:

• Account registration, sign-in, and profile management
• Vehicle profiles, equipment records, and service history tracking
• Support case creation, status updates, timelines, and attachments
• AI-assisted chat, issue summaries, and troubleshooting guidance
• Knowledge base content, manuals, and downloadable offline materials
• Notifications, reminders, and related support communications

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, your vehicle, and any issue you submit
• share only content you have the right to upload
• avoid illegal, misleading, disruptive, or abusive use of the Service

You are responsible for safely carrying out any inspection, repair, or maintenance step you choose to perform.

4. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

The Service provides remote guidance, informational content, and digital tools. AI-generated outputs, troubleshooting flows, manuals, and support responses are intended to assist you, not replace qualified in-person diagnosis or your own judgment. We do not guarantee that using the Service will resolve your issue, prevent damage, or avoid downtime.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and App Store Purchases

Some parts of the Service are free, while others may require paid access. You agree to:

• pay all fees presented at the time of purchase
• authorize recurring charges if you start an auto-renewing subscription
• remain responsible for applicable taxes
• review the features of your current plan before purchasing or upgrading

If you subscribe through Apple's App Store, billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are subject to Apple's rules and your App Store settings.

6. User Content and License

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including case details, chat messages, photos, videos, and documents. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, branding, workflows, and compiled content, is owned by Fix4Camp or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service.

8. Third-Party Services and Device Features

The Service may rely on third-party services and platform features, including identity providers, App Store billing, push notifications, maps, location services, file storage, voice services, and document viewers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by those third parties or by restrictions on your device, connectivity, permissions, or operating system.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fix4Camp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Fix4Camp is not responsible for vehicle damage, equipment failure, travel interruption, towing costs, campsite costs, missed bookings, personal injury, or other losses arising from your reliance on the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Fix4Camp in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fix4Camp, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or used the Service unlawfully or abusively. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service and may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or email. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Fix4Camp is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises out of these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion. If that is unsuccessful, either party may pursue any remedy available under applicable law in the courts or other forums with proper jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
